While the picture above is the real Wasabi Japonica, that's hard to come by and very rare around the world. What we produce is called Wasabi Mustard. It's also called  "White Rocket" or "White Wall Rocket". It's a close relative of Wasabi Japonica in the Arugula family and much closer in taste than the Horseradish, Mustard and Food Coloring that is served in most restaurants, even in Japan.
